2025 NEWS COMING SOON
Round 7
Silverstone International
Well we definetly have finished this season on a high and If there is anything I have learnt over this weekend, its to never give up after a bad result. Friday was hard and we struggled all throughout the day. The car was perfect but having to learn a new track in a short amount of time is never easy, When it came to qualifying, I could only manage to get 2 laps in on my own and with no slipstream resulting in us finishing P13 and 9 tenths off pole. That is not where we should be so i knew i had work to do. The Grid Walk before Race 1 really got me in a good mood for the race, with the chance to meet so many amazing fans and supporters who were there to cheer me on. During the grid walk, The rain would start to stop meaning that a late tyre call by myself was to be made where we would run slick tyres on the front and wet tyres on the rear. I knew i could do it under greasy conditions so all i had to do was do it. Race 1 would be probably the best race of my career because although starting P13, We managed to get up to p6 just on the first lap. From here, we set the fastest lap and kept pushing through the grid to finally finish P1, my first win of the year. It was a huge relief and privilege to do it at the iconic circuit and to stand on the top step of the F1 podium, where drivers such as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen once stood. It was a big stand out of the improvement me and the team have made over the year and we definitely celebrated in style. Race 2 was a short-lived race where we only completed a couple laps before a Red Flag was out and led to the race finishing early. However, we still managed to take another P1 which was just a awesome result and showed that I can do it. Race 3 was a hard race where I was seen to be struggling with straight-line speed, resulting in me dropping to P3 which was still a awesome result to finish the season. 2 wins and 9 Podiums over the 2024 Season is such a honour and I'm so proud of myself and the team for all the hard work this year.
Round 6 Thruxton Circuit
Thruxton. The fastest and most dangerous track in the country. Throughout Friday with no prior testing, I found myself in dry conditions being at the front of the field straight away after Free Practice 1. Me and the team continued this pace all the way through friday and we were ready for saturday and sunday to come. Saturday qualifying was hard to comprehend, with problems trying to find a slipstream from another car and struggling to work with the new tyre meant I would finish qualifying P13. This did set us back but I knew that the guys at Race Car Consultants would get the car sorted. I knew that our race pace was good because I know myself as more of a racer than a qualifier and so I just thought to forget about qualifying and focus on the races ahead. Race 1 in the sunset was a awesome race, picking my way through the field throughout the race. A red flag half way through the race and a safety car when we would eventually restart did mean I lost crucial time that could had been used making more places but with the time I had, I made some impressive moves and got myself from P13 up to P7. I would also see myself get up to P3 in class, a good way to start the weekend with a podium. I looked through the footage overnight to ensure I knew where to improve for next race. Sunday had came around and it was time for race 2 and race 3 and to spice things up, It was chucking it down! I was starting P7 for race 2 but although not having ever driven thruxton in the wet, I knew i had the driver ability to search for the grip and use my wet racing knowledge to its limits. I had the best start i could possible and found myself sitting in 2nd place before a safety car came out. I knew i had the pace to win and so i took every chance i had when it came to the restart and managed to find my way into the lead for the first time ever this year. I couldn't believe this. All the work me and the team have put into this year and we finally see ourselves at the top. But the race wasn't over so I got the head down and tried everything i could. I managed to set the fastest lap by 4 tenths which just showed how much I was pushing. However, the 2 drivers behind who were teamates worked together and managed to both get past me. In the end, I finished Race 2 in P3 overall and P3 in class, my first podium ever in car racing and this podium was history making as the top 3 drivers were all AM Drivers. This result showed that experience doesen't always matter in motorsport, but its about whos driving the car and how fast they can learn and adapt. It was a emotional podium for me as i was so proud of me and the team for how far we have come. However, it was time to quickly recap on the race and get ready for the final race of the weekend. As this was the reverse grid race, we would be starting from P8. It was a more consistent race for me as i kept my nose clean and thought more about my championship points and how important these positions will mean. I had a brilliant battle with my teamate and finished the race in P6 Overall and P2 in class. It was a brilliant way to finish the weekend with another class podium and those important champioship points means that we sit 4th in the AM Championship with the chance to win the AM Championship being away by only a couple points. We now prepare for the final round at Silverstone International, where we will battle under the home of the british motorsport to try and win the championship. Saying that means so much as it's still my first year of racing cars. I hope to see you there.

Round 5
Silverstone National
Silverstone was a frustrating weekend. The first half of the day on friday was superb as I was one of the fastest and looking really promising to show up at the front of the field all weekend. However, jumping into the car on saturday, me and the car had lost all the pace it once had. With tyre issues and a snapped engine mount in qualifying, I found myself starting last for race one in 18th. I felt confident to push through with the pace we had on friday, but with problems throughout the race and with me trying to push through the problems, I could only manage to make it up to 14th. Saturday Evening was the time to reset and go again on sunday. Rolling out the car on sunday for Race 2 and Race 3, I struggled all through both races and found myself making mistakes that I shouldn't be making and this was just through frustration of knowing where I could of been in the pack. Silverstone was probably a weekend to forget about, but to be able to race on the iconic F1 circuit meant alot to me and my family and my supporters. All i can do now is focus on preparation for the next round of thruxton and try to learn from my mistakes.
ROUND 4 CROFT
Croft. You hated me and loved me. I was quite excited for this weekend and Friday Testing Showed yet again we were at the front. Qualifying was brilliant, with my fastest lap putting me P2 in class on the Grid for Race 1! Race one was a hard one to take, as whilst leading the race, my windscreen fogged up under the awful British wet conditions and forced me to not be able to see where I was going and force me to pit to get it wiped and cleared. I was devastated, as this meant I finished the race in P18 and this is where I would start for Race 2. Full of determination, I kept my head high for Race 2. Race 2 would become one of my best races yet, making up 9 places just on the first lap! I would lead the race in my class till the safety car bunched the grid back up and after a rough few laps after, I would drop to 3rd but another podium had been achieved! It was also brilliant to meet a bunch of young fans, who go out of their way in all conditions to support me!

Its now time to move onto Silverstone, The home of F1 and British Motorsport. We know we can win and to win at Silverstone on the 17-18 August 2024 would be a dream come true!
ROUND 3 OULTON PARK
After spending 2 Race Weekends getting to grips with the Fiesta ST240 Car Powered by Race Car Consultants, I felt confident going into Oulton Park. With No Testing at the circuit before the race weekend, we would spend practice day learning the track and the car setup. Yet again, We showed strong pace but a rough qualifying made it a challenge to fight through. Race 1 would be one to remember, with a brilliant drive by myself to overtake multiple cars and land me finally my first podium in the championship with a 2nd Place in my class. It felt so good to achieve it and felt so good to know that all the hard work is starting to pay off. Race 2 landed me another podium with a 3rd Place in my class which overall landed me one of my best weekends of the season so far. I couldn't thank the team enough for their hard work aswell, but I know I still have one job to do. We still want that win. Lets move onto croft on the 13-14 July 2024 and Lets get to work!
ROUND 2 SNETTERTON
We went into Round 2 of the Fiesta ST240 Championship with a test day under our belt before Snetterton to learn the circuit and learn more about the car. On Friday, we made strong improvements and I was in a good space going into Qualifying. A hard Qualifying meant we would have to fight through the field in order to secure more championship points. The 3 races that took place saw us have the speed to be at the front but problems out of our control saw us DNF in race 3 and get so close to a podium in both races. I'm so hungry for that first podium so lets move onto Oulton Park on the 8-9TH June 2024 and work harder for better results!
ROUND 1 BRANDS HATCH
Round 1 saw us competing at Brands Hatch Based in Kent. Going into the weekend, we knew it was going to be a challenging weekend as we had not managed any testing prior to the first round and we knew the competition would be fierce. Friday practice was spent settling in with the car and learning how to work with a race slick tyre. I quickly adapted to the new car and was ready for Qualifying on Saturday. A Hard Qualifying put us starting P16 for Race 1 with the main plan to move up the order and learn. Race 1 was a good start to the championship, making up multiple places to be just 2 places away from my first podium in my class. I knew there was more time to find so through lots of data analysis, Race 2 saw us closer to a podium but just one position short of a podium. Race 3 was a hard one to take. Our start was perfect and got us into the stages of finally getting my first podium in the championship until a mechanical problem sent us to the pits and 3 laps down. Brands was a tough one to swallow, but that's racing and we move onto Snetterton on the 18-19 May 2024.

Donnington Park

September 2023 saw Charlie race at Donnington Park and October 2023 at Brands Hatch in the 2023 Junior Fiesta Championship. Teaming up with hugely experienced Race Car Consultants, Charlie showed some impressive speed and showed he is capable of being a front runner in the championship.
